School Ready Kids Ltd

1. About Us

School Ready Kids Ltd is a limited company registered in England and Wales. We provide professional SEND, inclusion and senior leadership support services to schools, colleges, multi-academy trusts, local authorities and families.

All services are delivered by qualified professionals with extensive experience in SEND leadership, access arrangements and inclusion.


2. Services Provided

School Ready Kids Ltd offers a range of professional services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Senior leadership SEND support and advisory services

  • SEND reviews, audits and action planning

  • Access Arrangements assessments and systems support

  • SEND inspection readiness and compliance guidance

  • Staff training and professional development

  • Emotional Based School Avoidance (EBSA) strategy and reintegration support

  • Therapeutic support services delivered privately to families, where agreed

The scope, duration and cost of services will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.


3. Engagement, Booking and Agreement

Services will only commence once written confirmation has been received (via email or formal agreement) confirming:

  • The service(s) requested

  • The agreed fees and payment terms

  • The intended outcomes or focus of the work

Confirmation of engagement constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


4. Fees and Payment

  • All fees will be clearly communicated in advance of work commencing.

  • Invoices are issued electronically and are payable by bank transfer (BACS).

  • Payment terms are 7 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Services may be paused or withheld if invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed timeframe.


5. Cancellations and Changes

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule sessions, meetings or training.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at 50% of the agreed fee.

  • Non-attendance or same-day cancellation may be charged in full.

If School Ready Kids Ltd needs to cancel a session, reasonable notice will be given and an alternative date or refund offered where appropriate.


6. Confidentiality and Professional Conduct

All services are delivered confidentially and professionally. Information will not be shared outside the agreed parties except:

  • Where there is a safeguarding concern

  • Where there is a legal obligation to disclose information

  • With written consent, to share information with relevant professionals (e.g. school leaders, SENCOs, exam officers)

Leadership support, advisory work and audits are provided to inform decision-making but remain the responsibility of the commissioning organisation.


7. Data Protection and GDPR

School Ready Kids Ltd complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services

  • Data is stored securely and retained only for as long as required by law or professional standards

  • Clients have the right to request access to personal data held about them

8. Reports and Documentation

Where applicable, School Ready Kids Ltd may provide:

  • Written reports, summaries or action plans

  • Access Arrangements assessment reports

  • SEND audits or inspection-readiness documentation

Reports are produced for professional use and should not be altered without written consent. Sharing with third parties requires agreement, except where required by law.


9. Safeguarding

School Ready Kids Ltd is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Any safeguarding concerns will be managed in line with current UK safeguarding legislation and guidance, and may be referred to the appropriate statutory agencies. Please refer to the Safeguarding Statement for further information.


10. Limitation of Liability

School Ready Kids Ltd provides professional advice and support based on information provided at the time. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and best practice:

  • Responsibility for implementation and statutory compliance remains with the commissioning organisation

  • School Ready Kids Ltd cannot be held liable for decisions made by third parties, including schools, awarding bodies or regulatory agencies

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.


11. Complaints Procedure

Any concerns or complaints should be raised in writing at the earliest opportunity. School Ready Kids Ltd will respond promptly and work collaboratively to resolve issues professionally and fairly.


12. Amendments to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. The most current version will always be available on the School Ready Kids Ltd website. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
